Refund Policy

Purchases at the point of sale.

Digital Products/Templates

Definition: All products that can be delivered electronically to customers.

All digital purchases are non-refundable being that the sale is not tangible, but can be duplicated and resold once delivered upon purchase.

Apparel

Definition: All Products that can be worn as clothing.

All apparel that is ordered from 4MeMommy can be cancelled prior to production. We do not offer refunds for products purchased after it has been sent to our third party affiliates.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of products cannot be returned that are customized (such as special orders or personalized items) and print to demand items added (such as custom photos, logos, words, etc.).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items such as sale items or gift cards, etc..
